The service is dynamic, modern and is dedicated to assist shift working families who’s roster’s can sometimes be unpredictable and rotating weekly.
We are looking for people with:
Genuine passion and commitment to children’s development
An understanding of National Quality Framework, including government regulations, National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework
A passion for creating educational programs and dedication to individual development needs
Reliable to work outside standard business hours with flexibility for overnight stays, and on-call arrangements
All educators are required to comply with and work in accordance to the National Standards. They are required to have:
Note: All employees are required to complete a phone / one on one interview to determine suitability and complete an induction package covering, Peachie Kids policies and procedures and requirement to adhere to legislation.
Completed or Enrolled to complete an ACECQA approved Diploma, or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Be at least 18 years of age
Current First Aid qualifications, including annual CPR, Asthmas, Anaphylaxis training
Relevant state and territory Working with Children Checks
National Police Check
Public Liability Insurance
Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood practices and duty of care
Current Reference Checks

Educators engaged with Peachie Kids enter into a contractual agreement meaning they operate as a self-employed contractor and are required to have an Australian Business Number (ABN).
